ModBrite™ — Small Footprint. Big Possibilities.
ModBrite is AutoBrite’s modular mini-express tunnel system, developed for properties where a traditional long tunnel may not fit. It can be planned for new construction, a freestanding structure, or conversion of an existing self-service or in-bay automatic location.
How the system is designed
- Prefabricated, modular design with configurable wash components.
- Stainless-steel construction and an integrated dual-belt conveyor.
- Front pillars house controls and operator interfaces; rear pillars integrate drying components in the original modular design.
- Prewired components and factory testing were central to the original design, helping streamline installation.
- Suitable for evaluating an older self-service or IBA site for express-tunnel conversion.
Footprint and vehicle handling
Original AutoBrite literature describes models around 14 feet wide and 12 feet tall with multiple tunnel lengths, including compact 40- and 50-foot configurations and larger designs. Certain historical configurations were advertised at 42+ cars per hour. Actual clearance, rated throughput and compatible vehicle dimensions depend on the final system, site layout and operational conditions.
ModBrite was designed to accommodate a variety of vehicle profiles, including pickup trucks and lower-clearance passenger cars when the selected configuration permits. Ask us about wider vehicles, dually pickups and site-specific height requirements.
