BUILT TO LAST

Durable Design. Practical Maintenance.

The AutoBrite™ dual belt design uses two motors, two gearboxes, two sensors and two variable frequency drives positioned on the outer sides of the belts. This configuration offers operating redundancy and helps accommodate low-profile and wider vehicles.

Stainless-steel components, support beams and replaceable wear plates are designed to handle the wet, chemical-intensive car wash environment. The belt's connecting pins are made from polyoxymethylene.

The modular system bolts together, helping reduce the need for on-site welding and simplifying installation and maintenance.

FIRST-CLASS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Move More Cars with a Smoother Ride

The AutoBrite™ Dual Belt Conveyor System guides vehicles by a cleat on the driver's side instead of hooking onto the car. The design reduces opportunities for contact with the vehicle and delivers a smooth ride through the wash.

Even spacing between vehicles helps streamline loading and throughput. Easier operation, reduced maintenance demands and a more comfortable customer experience can help car wash operators improve efficiency and encourage repeat visits.
