AutoBrite Company Return Policy

At AutoBrite Company, we strive to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, the following return policy applies:

1. Chemical Products:

  • No Returns on Chemicals: We do not accept returns on chemical products. Once purchased, chemicals cannot be returned due to the inability to verify the contents of the container and ensure they have not been tampered with.

2. Parts:

  • No Returns on Parts: All sales of parts are final. We do not accept returns on any parts, regardless of their condition after purchase.

3. Detail Tools and Accessories:

  • No Returns on Accessories: All sales are final for tools and accessories. Defective exchanges are available for non-working products.

4. Product Exchanges:

  • Defective or Non-Working Products: If a product does not perform as expected or fails to work as promised, AutoBrite Company will work with you to exchange the product for another that meets your needs.
  • A majority of the product must be present to qualify for an exchange. Products that are largely used or missing significant quantities will not be accepted for exchange.

5. Return/Exchange Window:

  • 30-Day Window: All returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

6. Online Purchases:

  • Shipping Costs for Returns: For products purchased online, if you wish to return them (subject to the conditions above), you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return.
